Not very sure about that..as my issue was around the media uploader not loading when clicking on the Media Uploader button on post pages. Also i wasn’t able to add any fetaured images..After adding this line of code everything seems to be working as normal.
obviosuly there is no harm in trying this out as far as you are keeping a backup of your existing wp-config file.
