I am having the same problem, even after rolling back to version 6.3.2. Is there a fix yet for this problem? I would try an earlier version, but I can’t fine one. Help!!!

In reply to: [Media Library Folders] Upload appends a number to filenameP.S. It is only happening in one folder, not all folders. Is it possible that these filenames are being duplicated somewhere and they are hidden? How can I check for this?

In reply to: [Media Library Folders] Upload appends a number to filenameThanks you for your response, but I have checked and double checked for duplicate file names. These are photos of people, each one is unique, so its name reflects who the person is.
There are a few duplicates, so I have appended a -2 to that file to prevent what you are suggesting, so I can maintain unique filenames. If John Doe has two photos, the first is JOHN_DOE.jpg and the second is JOHN_DOE-2.jpg. If I do that today the new file would be JOHN_DOE-2-1.jpg.

In reply to: [Media Library Folders] Upload appends a number to filenameP.S. I performed a database reset hoping that might help, but it did not.

In reply to: [Media Library Folders] Unable to add folder followed by fatal errorThanks for your reply. I reset the timeout, and that had no impact. As the load time was nearly zero until it had trouble displaying recently created folders, I suspect it is n ot simply a timeout issue.
I did use the “check for new folders” feature and it detected ALL my folders, and did not change the fatal error.
I tried to edit the wp-config.php, but it has no line that reads define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); Can that be added to the end of the file?
I am hopeful that we can find a solution soon, as this is a huge project and I am dead in the water without access to my images.
Since I am using the free version, might there be a limit to the number of folders that can be created and might this be the issue?
Ben, maybe it is time for Builder to change to a new editor. Is the paid version in the same boat? Thinking about upgrading.
Yeah, I agree, there ought to be a fix. When I posed the same problem to Beaver, they had nothing to offer.
My fear is that it is the interaction of WordPress, Tesseract, and Beaver causing it. I removed all my other plugins to see if there was a conflict, but that didn’t help at all.
Meanwhile, all we can do is our best
I had the very same problem (still have). I use Beaver and Tesseract. WordPress, Tesseract, not Beaver did not have a solution for me.
My first thoughts were like yours, just manually insert LF/CR or  , or other paragraph codes. That was only minimally successful. So I had to develop a couple of work arounds.
The first one was to go to text view and put a on a line all by itself, amking sure it was placed after the last formatting character. This works about 80% of the time.
The other was to create all of my text in notepad or other pure text editor. Then copy/paste one paragraph at a time. Next, format that paragraph all by itself (size, bold, heading, etc) Then press enter at the exact end of the last sentence of the paragraph (making sure you are outside the last formatting character), and copy/paste the next paragraph of text. This also works about 80% of the time.
Between these two work arounds, I can get most of the text the way I want it.
Hope this helps, and I would love to hear of any other solutions you come across.

In reply to: [Beaver Builder - WordPress Page Builder] Text Editor problemBen;
Thanks for posting. Good to know someone is out there to help.
Discovered that if I manually place ” ” I can get the paragraphs. It simply won’t do it from the visual screen.
And, yes, it woks correctly in the wordpress native editor, and holds when I switch back to the Beaverbuilder editor.

In reply to: [Beaver Builder - WordPress Page Builder] Text Editor problemJust as a quick follow up, when I use the WordPress native text editor, I do not have this problem.
Here is a link to one of the pages. It is the text block just above the footer:
https://thecomputermasters.com/projects-2/There should be double spaces between paragraphs.
