Just replying to help anyone else that might encounter this issue.
I just updated the URLs of the duplicate pages and they are now indexed. e.g. /slots to /slot-games
The issue was I created the website and created the pages blank first for a week before adding content. So google thought they are duplicate since they’re all blank and did not crawl them again.

I did not add any HTML codes…
I also did try uninstalling and re-installing the plugin but no luck.
I did resolved this by deleting the current slider then re-creating it.
Also, I think the plugin Litespeed Cache is getting in the way of refreshing the design on the page.

In reply to: Theme doesn’t load, same with add themeSorry, fixed this already. I mistakenly changed the url of the site to ww.domain and forced fixed using config.php
I just fixed it back to https://www.domain
