I’ve just downloaded and uploaded version 3.8.2 and the problem is fixed.
Nobody is perfect.

Same here. Can’t switch to HTML view and when I try to edit a link the scroll gets blocked.

Confirmed. It works again.

Same problem here. There are errors in the Javascript Console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘registerBlockType’ of undefined

Line 10 of:

If I deactivate the plugin everything is fine again.

And if you need to modify your queries, you can do it adding parameters to the $query_string array in cure_wp_amnesia_on_query_string function, not in the posts templates.
