I don’t code I need a widget.

Is there a spam filter on WP? I’m using the Ninja contact form as a test. I see them in the submissions, but can’t get them to come to me on my email. Any ideas?

Where do I get info on Filezilla and how to use it. I think I need a clean start over.

I was messing with Primer and decided to try Weaver Xtreme. So I have Primer menu bar with content areas, Xtreme headers. Its like a Franken Theme. How do I clear any caches?

My problem appears to be with any theme. Right now I am taking any theme trying to rearange menu buttons, delete them, or add. change colors, get rid of row area and add new ones. Some themes won’t let you change anything some allow some changes. When I want to add a button I seem to have to put in a search to find the title of my button and if its not there I can’t use it? What am I doing wrong, not used to this format. Used to working with a blank page and have complete control for designing.
