Thanks for your help. I checked with GoDaddy and this issue was the forwarding with masking. GoDaddy load an iFrame when they forward with masking. I took of the masking and all good. Very disappointing since I want the masking but I would prefer people to buy!

I’m having the same problem. To answer your questions, I firstly used my customer ID (found on the footer of MyeWay according to chat support – it was hard to find). I then used the test account – Customer ID: 87654321 – same message!

I thought you would need to put the API Key or at least the customer side encryption someone for it work.

I’ve switched it back to my customer ID and for the third time, I’m getting the same error message. Any suggestions?

It should load and put a mask on all pages. This works for me. However, when I try to go into “my Account” or “checkout” – nothing, a blank page!

Does that make sense/

Thanks for your response Jackie. My apologies for the delay in getting back in here Jackie. I basically had to start from scratch and go back to non-multi-site files and this worked. With the time zone difference (I am in Australia) I needed to get up and going quickly.
