Image 2 is where the “editor” option takes me. I can’t seem to figure out how to have this screen’s functionality on anything other than my home page.
Image 3 is the list of assets on my front page.

No, I am trying to accomplish this through Appearance > Editor
I can’t find the “single” area you and Sophie are referring to. Going to the editor only brings me to my site’s landing page.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Sadly these weren’t able to resolve my issue.
The first option you posited was for the landing page of my website, and I’m fine with the existing left alignment that posts are set to. When I am attempting to edit the page to the post itself, the auto-generated title section gives me no options to edit other than adding and removing text.
As you’ll see below, the bolded heading highlighted in green is what I can modify using the text block editor. The yellow highlighted section does not give me the editor.
Any ideas? Thanks so much.
