Hi
Thank you for reaching out.
The Retainful plugin creates the unique coupons for the next order and maintains them separately.
Creating it as a normal WooCommerce Coupon code will lead to bloating the Coupon Code section as these are just one time codes. After a point of a time, you might have thousands of these one time codes and you will have trouble managing other normal coupons.
So these unique codes are maintained separately by the Retainful plugin. Is it possible to create a ticket at https://www.retainful.com/support with the coupon code you have received and the url of the site ?
Let us have checkThanks
At the moment, a spending based coupon generation restriction is not yet available. But we already have this in our todo list and we will soon be introducing it.
Just circling back on this thread. Were you able to try the latest version of Retainful ?
In the 2.0.2 version, we have introduced a Javascript based tracking engine, which tracks the cart data asynchronously.
You can enable the Javascript engine in the plugin settings after updating the it to the latest version.Hope this helps.

Hi
I guess you are referring to the Next Order Coupon block appearing below the order details in the thank you page.
The coupon is also emailed to the customers right inside their order notification emails.
However, a popup option is not yet available. Will pass on your suggestion to our development team for evaluation. It seems to be a good suggestion ??Thanks
Thank you. We have received and responded as well.
Our developers are checking it and will get back to you shortly.Hi
Yes. You can. In the Retainful -> Next Order coupon settings, please choose the order statuses to which the coupons be sent.
By default, it is set to All.
But you can restrict it to selected statuses.Hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach us at https://www.retainful.com/support
Thanks

Please include the url to a product in your store front. Thanks
Hi
It appears both http and https were entered in the url. This occurs when the WordPress editor (sometimes) automatically appends the https:// to the url.
I guess, the following is the correct url:
1. Please go to Retainful -> Email Templates -> Edit the email template.
2. Click on the Checkout link / button link3. You will see a small box. Click on the Edit pencil icon https://www.evernote.com/l/AjwMVD7XfU9HXK9OI3GgIaG86j4D9TKDZSk
4. In the edit box, click on the Gear icon https://www.evernote.com/l/AjzdZNIti55DL4UaGp1YCawUqzLeMMQ_7yw
5. It will open a popup. Make sure the URL field only has the short code: {cart_recovery_link}
https://www.evernote.com/l/AjyoQinmcrtKfZLc070MbnWvoWOivX25hWg
6. Click update.
Now the editor will NOT automatically try to append a http in front of a url.
Hope this helps.
If you face any difficulty, please send us a support request . Let us assist you with it.Thanks

Hi
We have found the issue and fixed it. We have released 1.2.9 with the fix.
Please update to the 1.2.9 version that would sort out the issue.Thank you once again for reporting it.
Hi
Thank you for reporting the issue. Really appreciate it.
We found the duplicate header field. Here is a quick fix:Please edit /wp-content/plugins/retainful-next-order-coupon-for-woocommerce/src/AbandonedCart.php
You will find the following string:
“MIME-Version: 1.0”,In three places. Line Numbers 426, 767, 1173
Please delete that line and save. That should sort out the issue.
If you would like to refer the code, you can find it here: https://github.com/retainful/woocommerce/blob/4d500e958b9828655e1d8244cfac6ade00f47866/src/AbandonedCart.php
We will fix this issue in the upcoming release of the Retainful plugin.
Thank you once again

Hi
Thank you for the feedback. I totally understand.
Probably the email was sent because while editing and saving, the template is automatically enabled and it got queued ?We will add a switch “Enable / Disable” in the Edit window. So you can manage the template state easily instead of the plugin automatically enabling it upon saving.
We will add this switch in the upcoming update (scheduled for the coming week) itself.
Please feel free to share if you have any further feedback at https://www.retainful.com/support
Really appreciate t.
And we are happy to assist you. Thanks
