Can you check
– If you have created and enabled the Email Templates for recovery ?
– In Settings sections, May I know the value set for the parameter: “When to consider a cart as abandoned cart” ?Is it possible to send us the screenshots through the Live Chat system in our website https://www.retainful.com ?

Yes. You were right.
We have now added the strings to the POT file.
Here is the updated package with the missing strings.

Also used a layout file for rendering the cart table
So you can override the layout file at your theme level.

Copy the contents of this file
/wp-content/plugins/retainful-next-order-coupon-for-woocommerce/src/admin/templates/abandoned_cart.php
to
/wp-content/themes/<YOUR_THEME>/retainful/templates/abandoned_cart.php
(You will have to create the file in the above path)Edit /wp-content/themes/<YOUR_THEME>/retainful/templates/abandoned_cart.php
and change its layout or contents.

It is possible to restrict the coupon code to apply for one or more selected products. You can choose the products that are eligible for the Next Order discount in the plugin settings -> Usage restrictions.
