I’d like to know too. Right now when I try to configure any of the settings (visibility, user roles) I get a white screen.

I tested both ways. Whether the activity was generated by clicking the share link or the file is directly pasted into the whats-new textarea the same thing happens.

Thanks for your help. I don’t think this was the right option for my need though so I deactivated it.

Figured it out.

My redirects are in bp-custom.php but it doesn’t appear that the is picking those up. I can try putting it in custom-functions.php in the theme? Or would an htaccess rule make more sense?

The main site is razorfishuniversity.com.

I customized the registration page to be the home page so razorfishuniversity.com/wp-signup.php redirects to razorfishuniversity.com. But it looks like your plugin is attempting to go to ca.razorfishuniversity.com/wp-signup.php instead, which then redirects to the login instead of the proper registration destination on the main site (razorfishuniversity.com).

I checked the htp header response after clicking the Register for an Account link, it’s first trying to go to wp-admin and then going to wp-login.

Never mind, “Select your file” issue was due to some conflict with W3 Total Cache.

Update, I updated to WordPress 4.2.2 (from 4.2.1) and now I can access wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=buddydrive-files

But still the “Select your file” button is not working. I tested it in the Twenty Thirteen theme as well and the same issue persists.

One more thing, is it safe to delete the old version of BadgeOS? I now have two plugins in my dashboard. The old one is inactive.

OK. It’s been an issue for my site since the very beginning. Now we have over 1,100 users and expect that to increase dramatically as we roll out globally this summer. If optimizations can be done for hire please contact me via email.

It fixed it! Thanks a bunch. Now, the plugin you sent is version 1.4.3. Is it safe to update to the latest 1.4.4?

I did. But I deactivated it at the network level. Maybe it was still active on one of the sites. I’ll try again checking the sites before activating, then report back.
