I sent this over 24 hours ago on a Weekday. I am getting ready to add many of my clients to CleanTalk, but If I can’t get a response in a reasonable amount of time, I’m not going to recommend this to my clients.
I am looking at the Security plugin. I purchased it for my site. I submitted the analysis request, but I have no idea what happens next. Why can the “unknown files” be deleted but the others can’t? Your plugin info says the site is protected, but it doesn’t appear to be “protecting” the site; just showing that malware is there. Any help is appreciated.
