Hi John. Yes, it happens to all products. Yes, the expectation is for a sale on WooCommerce to trigger a request to Square to update the current Square stock by the number of items sold in Woo.

Currently from the Woo sale screen I am having to go to the product listing, click Inventory, click “Fetch Stock from Square”, update the stock level to match the correct level and then save.

For example, though it says “Stock levels reduced: Monocure 3D Rapid Resin 0.5L – AnyCubic Compatible – Black (797776871537) 3→2” when I go to the product listing it still shows “3” in stock which is the value in Square. Now I suppose it could be that Woo is at fault here and is not actually decrementing the stock even though it says it is. Not sure.

Apologies, I did not see the response previously. No, this issue is not resolved. The “Fetch stock from Square” works fine. Then changing the stock value and saving works fine (i.e it updates in Square). But, if an item is sold in Woo then the stock level in Square replaces the correct stock level in Woo.

As you can see, Woo decremented the Black Resin qty by one, but it still shows as 2 in the product details… which is what is showing in Square POS. It would appear that as soon as Woo decrements the product count, Square changes it back.

Also, I have found that if I actually go to the product and manually click the link “fetch stock from square” it pulls in the wrong value, but I can then update the stock qty and click update and the stock quantity then goes into Square correctly.
