There is no problem when WPGeodirectory is deactivated.

I opened a ticket with their support. They told me to chack with Elementor.

With Elementor 3.5.6, everything works like a charm. That doesn’t work until the 3.6.0 version.

It’s just screenshot of DHL for Woocommerce plugin.

Let me explain from beginning.

The plugin is linked with DHL express.

When I receive an order in woocommerce, that order appears on https://dhlexpresscommerce.com/templates/admin4/orders.aspx?status=Unshipped

Then on https://dhlexpresscommerce.com/templates/admin4/orders.aspx?status=Unshipped, I edit the delivery note, and the status of the order in woocommerce changes to “completed”.

It’s ok.

But a woocommerce note is automatically send by DHL to customer with tracking link. That note is always in english. I don’t know how to edit it.

That note is :
This order has been shipped with: DHL Express. The Tracking Number is: xxxxxx. The Url is: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking/tracking-express.html?submit=1&tracking-id=xxxxxx

It’s not a translation problem anymore.

The problem is that the field ‘tracking note’ (https://prnt.sc/1xpwn8q) doesn’t work.

Because the note display everytime automatically that kind of message after edition of a DHL printed orders :
This order has been shipped with: DHL Express. The Tracking Number is: 111111111. The Url is: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking/tracking-express.html?submit=1&tracking-id=1111111

No any other dhl plugin installed.
