In reply to: [Plugin: Ad Injection} Side by side adsense 300×250Hi markus4500, Just put the two ads in a table or use CSS to put them next to each other.
You can put whatever content you like (including layout HTML/CSS) into the ad boxes.
Hi jimmywhofan, This topic is about people wanting a feature to disable ads on mobile devices. I have no immediate plans to add this feature, but it is the next major feature on my TODO list. I hope I might get time during 2012 (maybe late 2012).
>When I convert my site to a mobile site, the Ad Injection ads don’t show at all.
This sounds like a separate issue to wanting to disable ads for mobile sites. Please raise this as a separate topic with more details. e.g. site URL, what you have done to convert to a mobile site, and turn on debug mode. Cheers.

In reply to: [Plugin: Ad Injection] Avoiding ImagesHi lelandmcfarland, thanks a lot for sharing that. I’ve made a note of your code, and that may well help this feature to appear in the plugin sooner than it otherwise would. Thanks!

In reply to: [Plugin: Ad Injection] Avoiding ImagesHi lelandmcfarland, would you be willing to share your hack? I’d be interested in seeing how you did it. Thanks.

In reply to: [Plugin: Ad Injection] Avoiding ImagesHi lelandmcfarland. There is no way to add a buffer around images, but this is something I may add one day in the distant future.
Have you tried using the plain ‘left’ or ‘right’ align options instead of the ‘float left’ and ‘float right’?
Hi kimmysfreethoughts, you haven’t given much information to go on!
What adverts have you set up?
It would help if you could turn debug mode on – this might reveal something.

In reply to: [Ad Injection] [Plugin: Ad Injection] side by sideHi caitlincg, have you tried the netrival idea? From looking at the HTML on that URL I can’t see any sign that you have.
It looks like you have just put each ad in a separate widget which will of course make them appear in a vertical line.
If the CSS/DIV idea is too complicated you could just lay out your 2 ads with a table.

In reply to: [Ad Injection] [Plugin: Ad Injection] Multiple different random adsHi eber.carmo, just tick the ‘Re-select an ad for each position on post’ box and you’ll get a randomly selected ad for each position (not guaranteed to be different each time, but it will be closer to what you want).
Hi MomDad,
Thanks for your suggestion. That is a good idea and would be useful for certain people. I’ve made a note of it on my list of future features to consider. It isn’t going to get done any time soon, but one day hopefully it will!Forum: Networking WordPress
In reply to: Strange behavior with widgets and adsHi Trevor,
I’ve been able to see the ads on both those pages.
Have you set up ad rotation? I think one of your ads is missing the image which is why sometime you see the ads and sometimes you don’t.

In reply to: [Ad Injection] [Plugin: Ad Injection] side by sideHi caitlincg,
That isn’t hard to do. Either use divs or tables to lay out the ads next to each other. You’ll have to put the divs/tables and ad code into the Ad Injection ad box.
There is an example of how to do a 4×4 ad grid with Ad Injection on this page but you can modify it for 2×1: https://www.netrival.com/ad-injection-simply-great-wordpress-plugin/

In reply to: [Ad Injection] [Plugin: Ad Injection] Ad injection and commission junctionThe next thing to check is the HTML that is outputted on your blogs for the various working / non working configurations. Presumably there is something wrong with the HTML outputted for the graphical ads.

In reply to: [Ad Injection] [Plugin: Ad Injection] Ad injection and commission junctionHi Trevor, have you tried switching to the default Twenty Eleven theme? That will tell you if the theme is doing something wrong. Check the original CJ HTML with the HTML outputted on the theme pages. The theme may be mangling your HTML.

In reply to: [Ad Injection] [Plugin: Ad Injection] Yellow Block When Ad Not Present ?!?!Hi netman1, if you are getting a yellow block that means that Google hasn’t got any ads for you. You could try changing the ‘no ads’ background colour on your AdSense config page.
If you have only recently added AdSense to your site it can take a few days before they fully start showing ads on your site.
