    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

The more I think about this the more I think this might just be a bug?

Should the available quantity shown next to the add to cart button not show the available quantity of the current selection?

The quantity that is presented is based on the stock count of the parent product. This doesn’t seem right to me as this is not a reliable stock count. As if any of the sub-components have a lower stock count the stock shown next to the add to cart button is not representative.

This adds confusion for the customer. As they can potentially try to a higher quantity than is available to the cart.

    Thanks Hannah,

I am also working with my DHL account manager to investigate the potential of the DHL WooCommerce Plugin.

I will report back. However i suspect it only managed consignment fulfillment.

    Thanks for your assistance

    Hi Hannah

    In short yes.

The idea would be to provide the customer a total price including import taxes to their country.

As we deal in primarily high valued items of ~$1300 per item.

Our intention is to use DHL and their Plugin to automate shipping orders. Then pay for import duties and relevant taxes for our customer. As DHL offer this as a service.

What we need however is a plug-in that can accurately assign taxes based on the customer location.

This will ensure a simplified import process.

It also removes scenarios where import taxes are requested from our customer. On occasion customers have rejected paying taxes. Then we have been hit with return shipping charges.

    Regards
    Lucien
