In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] 6443 , 8443 Port closed errorUnfortunately, there is no way for me to confirm that the ports actually are open on your hosting account.
Once your hosting company has reported that they have the correct ports working, try refreshing the CardConnect setting page and see if the error messages go away.

In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] 6443 , 8443 Port closed errorHi,
I make sure your hosting company opens traffic both ways for the IPs listed on this page https://support.cardconnect.com/cardpointe/marketplace/woocommerce, in addition to the ports.
What hosting company are you using? What PHP and WP, Woo, and CardConnect version do you have?
Also, please open your own thread if the above does not work, so we don’t bother the original poster.
Hi @ccolotti,
To troubleshoot. I’ll need a URL where I can put a product in the cart, and see the checkout page.
Any other URL on that site (https://staging.stkpromotions.com/myshop) either leads to a different subdomain, or gives a “Error Establishing Database Connection” error.
Wondering what the result was from over the weekend?

Hi! Marking resolved after our direct support.
If anyone arrives at this post from Google, please make sure you upgrade to the latest version 3.0.3 or higher. Not sure why you have ‘cardconnect-payment-module-5’ in your error log. This tells me you have multiple cardconnect plugins installed.
Can you FTP into your site, via cPanel or FTP, and delete all cardconnnect plugins in the plugins folder, and add only the 3.0.3 via manual upload?
Then log in to WP dashboard, and activate it.
If it fails, then do the same thing as above, deleting etc.. but this time, add the 2.0.18 plugin and activate. If this fails, the only way to assist would be to allow me some kind of login into your server – which may not be possible.
You may be stuck with the 2.0.18 version in that case, but not to worry, it will continue to work well into the future.
Its 9pm here, I’ll be back on the job tomorrow.

Unfortunately, I cannot troubleshoot your specific issue without getting some kind of login to your server.
When you download the 3.0.3 plugin version from here (WP repo) and unzip it on your computer, do you see a “vendor” folder inside of it?
Try a fresh download and let me know.
Oops, I see you posted above, let me look…..

Marking auto populate issue resolved, as we cannot support auto populate from potentially many types of auto-populators.
@wearegiant
This issue has been resolved, as we are no longer passing long order ids.
Please update to the newest version 3.0.3I would recommend, if you’re now on 2.0.18, updating to 3.0.3, and trying it out – there was an issue with 3.0.0 – 3.0.1 that we fixed. 3.0.2 should also contain the fix.
It was requested that we implement new API methods (iframe) by CardConnect – thus 3.x.
2.0.18 was a minor version and included an update notice of the 3.x versions. In fact, you can manually make the 3.0.3 version revert to 2.0.18 by adding “define(‘WC_CC_ADVANCED”, true);” to your wp-config.php file.
This opens up some options on the WooCommerce CardConnect settings page, and turning off the iframe option puts the plugin in 2.0.18 mode. If you try 3.0.3 (after being on 2.0.18), let me know the results.
Thanks for your patience.

You’ll need to have version 3.0.3 of the CardConnect plugin.
If the issue is not resolved by updating the plugin, please open a new support thread, so we don’t bug the original poster.
If the issue IS resolved by updating, please post back and let me know.
