I’ll see what I can get in place for the next version. If you have recaptcha already installed via another plugin, for now, you can download the version previous to recaptcha being added, I think this this one:
https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/cardconnect-payment-module.3.2.19.zip and install that manually, then turn off any auto updating for the plugin. The only thing different between the newest and that version should be the recaptcha requirement.
If you open a new thread, I’ll leave it unresolved, and update it when the version is ready.

Are you using the Kallyas theme on your staging site as well? Unfortunately, we do not have access to the Kallyas theme to see what the issue may be, or any customizations you may have made to your staging checkout area.
Is your developer comfortable with CSS? The plugin allows you to configure the CSS for the iframe card input, and outside of the iframe, CSS can be used to change issues with spacing within your theme,m including mobile issue (via @media queries). You’ll need to turn off auto-style in the plugin settings to input your own CSS for the iframe.
Can you send over the url of your staging site to allow us to inspect?

If you are able, please send a screenshot of any errors the dev console in your browsers show, when both plugins are enabled and you’re on the checkout page.
While we certainly can test the plugin you mentioned this at some point, keep in mind, for the most part, it would be impossible to check for every possible plugin and site setup out there.
That being said, thanks for alerting us to this possible conflict, and glad you found a solution.

I suspect that the user is clicking solving Captcha before they have filled out the rest of your checkout page. WooCommerce re-triggers the credit card form (resets it) if the billing or shipping details are changed. This has the effect of resetting the Captcha. The Captcha should be the last thing they click.Can you send me a link to your checkout page?

They (Card Connect/CardPointe) are emailing users of the plugin ahead of the update, so they are not caught off guard. Once the plugin updates, and you’ve not setup your plugin already for ReCaptcha, you’ll not be able to submit transactions.
The latest version already has the option for ReCaptcha, and if you’ve already set it up, you won’t need to do anything when the plugin updates and makes it required.

Please make sure you have obtained separate credentials from Card Pointe, specifically for WordPress/Woocommerce. Your card connect account credentials won’t work. You would need to contact card connect and they will set them up for you. Again, they will be different than your account credentials. If you already have those, and are sure all the settings in Woocommerce are correct, including the site setting (should be fts), then you’ll need to reach out to your account rep, and have them forward admin login credentials to your WordPress dashboard, to us, the developer.
Unfortunately, there is no way to send me login credentials via this WordPress forum.
You may be able to check your logs, if you have access to those, and see a more specific error.

Unfortunately, our plugin does not incorporate the “change payment” methods for WooCommerce just yet. We are working on a release that will address this and integrate our plugin as we know how important this is, especially for subscriptions, but I suspect it may be a couple of months out in our development cycle.
A work around can be done with by contacting your rep at CardConnect/CardPointe, and asking them to set you up with an Authorize.net gateway that will sit on top of your CardConnect account. Any transaction received into this special setup, will automatically be added to your CardConnect Virtual Terminal Transactions list. I do not think there is a fee for this, but I may be wrong. Using the Auth.net plugin for Woo, after having this setup, with enable the changing of payment methods.

The plugin no longer uses the 6443 and 8443 ports, but were left in for backwards compatibility. They will be removed in time.
New installs of the plugin, and CardConnect’s API stuff, use the standard SSL port, which would be opened on most, if not all, shared hosting environments.@banzaizap this is true, you always need to have the WooCommerce creds setup by your rep.
