I checked out your link and was able to enter a test card. Are you still having issues?

In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] Critical Server ErrorHi @compasscare,
I’ve responded to CardConnect about your issue, and the result is that under testing your site in a controlled environment, we were able to checkout as expected. This lead me to believe that there is a server and possibly CURL related issue. My recommendation was that you contact DreamHost and ask them to investigate why connections to the url boltgw.cardconnect.com is failing.
If you are not able to get results from them, reply here and I’ll follow up with more options.

In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] Critical Server ErrorHi,
Apologies, to help check this out for you, I’ll need you to contact CardConnect support one more time, and give them an ADMIN WordPress login, and if available, login for your cPanel or hosting account. Ask them to relay that information to me. Tier 2 support should have my contact info.

In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] new version – error CURL error?I really cannot say, since I do not know the particulars of the servers they may be running on, or about any conflicting plugins or themes.
You can download old versions from here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/cardconnect-payment-module/advanced/and use the drop down at the bottom of the page to select an older version.
Hi @colorful-tones ,
Thanks for reaching out with this info. We can look into this, and see if we can get it on a roadmap for development and debugging. I can’t promise dates or times, but it has been noted.
Please try turning off the iframe option in the CardConnect settings. I am not able to have direct access to your site or theme/plugin code.
Let me know if the checkout works without the iframe enabled, or we can troubleshoot further via the CardConnect official support avenues.

Hey Aziz,
Again, nice to meet you! Closing this, since we resolved it via other communication. Thanks!

Hi Aziz, please edit your post and remove the number…Hi @jkmdev
I need, at minimum, a link to your store, so I can see if the error is IE11 based, or theme based w/IE11 issues (or some other conflict.)
Also, we cannot support any version of IE, and recommend you implore your customers to use Microsoft Edge, or another modern browser.Forum: Plugins

Would you mind letting us know what the fix was, so we can be better equipped when this happens again?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] Payment ErrorI am not sure, however, it looks like this is an issue with your theme.
On your Checkout pages, I’m not seeing the JS from the plugin being loaded. Please disable this theme, and switch to a WP default theme, and test again.
It also look like your theme is submitting the payment form before the inputs can be filled.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] Invalid card (PPS – 11)Hi @ccolotti ,
What version of the plugin, WP, PHP, and Woo are you using?
Any responses from CardConnect get logged in the failed order notes, regardless of the WP_DEBUG setting. The plugin itself reports any info from CC.
If there were PHP errors, you would find that in the normal WP_DEBUG log
You can reach out to card connect, and have them reach out to me (Rex), if you would like me to take a look at things specific to your website.
Have you tried to turn off the address validation in the plugin? The virtual terminal may not have that turned on, or be required.
Also, you should not comment out any line,
Edit: This line has to do with functionality for user fields in the Virtual Terminal.
Please send me the PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, and any Woo plugin version numbers for your site.

In your CardConnect settings in WooCommerce, it appears you have entered your site domain, instead if the normal “fts” – provided by your CardConnect rep:
It should be “fts”, as in the screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/In52dua.png
Change that, and test again.
