It takes a lot of time i see. I will suggest to run a test. Try deactivating other plugins one by one. There is a JS error in your themes functions.js file. Try checking with a fresh theme or a fresh dev site. Let me know if you see any changes.

To know about pro addon you have to knock on our website. We are not allowed to discuss premium features here. This forum is for only free version support. How ever if you have decided to use free version. You can connect hotspots manually to any WC shop page. There is a feature called hotspot connecting with custom URL. And if you are worried about page load it is not loading any extra script. Based on your image size the tour will load. Your page will load based on your current site speed. WP VR will load its primary scripts to run the tour. On the other hand if you have heard about WC addon for WP VR you may knock our site to know details.

If the issue is same for both @edmondd and @adminish, I see allow_url_fopen is disabled in your server. You can contact your host to enable allow_url_fopen or might keep it the way it is. I will handle the error and ready a version for you to test. But without enabling allow_url_fopen you may miss multiple features like import/export or mobile image resizer. You may also edit your servers php ini file to enable it like allow_url_fopen=1

Okay if you have already rolled back to a previous version send me the version you are not having issue. One thing it might help me to debug the situation as you have to create a test page and put a tour. And give us the link and also the scene image link. Technically all of our visitors might not have same higher resolution supported device so we cut down the resolution to 4096*2048. But the resizer will only work for newly updated images. For old images it is taking 1048px which is too low i see. So if with older version 5500*2700 supports most of tour visitors device i will remove the optimization process of 1048px. Thank you

As you explained in the screenshot, Social booster is pulling the list of posts where it is showing post title and description to let you identify the post. When you click on that scheduled post it will show you details with edit mode and also the caption and schedule time. So adding caption in the post description is not available in our feature list for now. Thank you.

No one reported a bug so we checked today there are some style conflicts with embedded youtube. we will debug that with different themes and solve with an update. Tour issue on android is working on other sites. So we will check what themes and plugins you are using or any JS conflict there. So it is going to take some time.
