Global Setting
Remove older feed item after how much time (number of days, weeks, etc.) set to 1 Day

Auto Remove Posts

Check to Auto Remove Posts Created by this Plugin (Manage what posts to keep here.)

Select the expiration time (number of days, weeks, etc.) before removing posts (NOTE: This will cause any old items that are brought in to be immediately deleted) Set to 1 Day

Move posts to what status? Set to Permanently Delete

Do this first.

Maximum number of items to import for each feed. set to 5

Default status of posts set to publish

Default post format set to Standard

Fetch Quantity Settings

Number of Items per Feed to Fetch? set to 3

Total Number of Entries per Fetch ?(Go here to see how to set this option) set to : 50

save and fetch feeds
