Thanks for reaching us. By default there’s no banner section on the event single page. This banner isn’t coming from the plugin. We can see that the banner of event single page is coming from the theme you’re using. So the plugin has nothing to do with it. If you want to use banner on event single page then you have to upgrade to the premium version of the plugin. This is a premium feature of the plugin. Hope you understand.

Thanks for reaching us. As the plugin is completely translation friendly, you can replace the “Purchase Ticket” and “Buy Ticket” text with any other text you want through translation plugins like Loco Translate, WPML or Polylang.If you don’t want your users to go through the ticket purchase process then you can turn off ticket selling option from ‘Settings > General Settings > Sell Ticket on Woocommerce’ option. But please note that, if you turn off ticket selling settings then users won’t be able to register themselves for any event.

Sorry again to know that your issues weren’t resolved. We can see that you had opened a ticket and the issue on that ticket was resolved. May be there’s a miscommunication. We cordially request you to open a new ticket on our support system mentioning the issue and temporary login access as this is not a safe place to share these credentials and we’ll debug and fix your issue with high priority.Regarding the second thing you mentioned, we have plan to provide some customization for attendee ticket. But as we’ve some other high priority flagship features in our task list, so it may take some time to provide these features. Hope you understand.
