Sorry for the inconvenience. We haven’t tested our plugin with Thunderbird email client. So this issue is new to us. We’ve noted this issue. The development team will test and fix this issue in future update.

Our R&D team has studied some cases where users fail to make payment due to some network / internet connectivity issue. We got multiple requests so that admin can track these unpaid tickets also. We’re following this process so that both admin and user have a copy and admin can handle these kind of issues. We’ve also provided options to remove unpaid tickets automatically after a certain period of time. We’re continuously developing our plugin and we’ll provide more options to update payment status from admin panel.

Customizing or styling PDF is still not available. But we have this in our roadmap. May be we’ll provide this feature in future updates.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin. We’re not clear about which fields you’re talking about. If you turn off attendee registration, then you don’t have to fill any additional field for registration. You just have to fill up Woocommerce checkout form, which is totally controlled from Woocommerce plugin, not by us. But if you’re using attendee registration, then you need to fill some additional fields. Here, the fixed fields aren’t re-arrangeable. But you can add unlimited extra-fields for registration in your desired order from settings panel ( https://prnt.sc/10latdl ). Let us know if you have further query.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin. Currently we have option only for Zoom Meeting. Zoom webinar feature is still not available in our plugin. We’re taking this as a feature request. The R&D team will take further decision regarding this feature request. If this feature request gets approved, then we’ll include this feature in near future.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin. We already have feature requests for Adding Multiple Fields Dynamically Into Attendee Form and Sending Unique Code to Attendees. It’s still not available but may be we’ll implement these features in near future. Hope you understand.

We still don’t have feature to change “Add To Cart” text dynamically, it’s still static. But hopefully we’ll make this text dynamic in near future. For your second issue, please got to Settings > Permalinks, then click on “save changes” after you change your event / speaker slug.
