    @beycanpress, if you use the Stripe Extension on its own without the FreshBooks integration, do you still receive two invoices? If that’s the case, we’d want to look into this further. But if this is only happening via the integration, then this needs to be updated in the integration.

    As we’ve suggested before, checking in with the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack would be a good way to proceed so you can receive guidance from the community regarding the integration.

    Thank you!

    Hi there!

    There was an issue with the app related to this. It should be fixed in version 13.5. Please update the app if you haven’t already done so to resolve the issue.

    Thank you!

    Hi there!

    There was a recent change to the WooCommerce Analytics experience that affects how sales statistics are displayed within the app. If you’d prefer to revert to the previous behavior, which will include orders that aren’t yet completed in the analytics, you can follow these steps:

    – From within a web browser, navigate to your site’s WP Admin > Analytics > Settings.

    – Change the “Date type” setting to “Date created”.

    This should impact the display both in the app and in the browser.

    Thanks!

    Hi Siobhhaannn,

    Are you referring to the Organic Customizer Widgets Plugin? I’m not seeing that in place at the moment and it seems to be working okay with your image placed in your content. That’s probably a work around you would have found for this, but if you’re still having an issue with the widget can you set it up again so I can take a look or have our developers look into this?

    Thanks!

    Hi GoriGeek,

    I’ve followed up on your email regarding this already, but for anyone else wondering I believe the problem here is just the need to set a page using the ‘Home Page Template’ as a static front page under Customize > Static Front Page. Once this is done you should also see the options on the live site. Unfortunately your links aren’t working for me so I can’t confirm this, just let us know if the issue persists after doing the above.

    Thanks!

    Glad to hear! ??

    Cheers,

    Rebecca

    Hello Kristinatang!

    You can edit the padding on the Full Width template with the following CSS:

    .postarea.full {
        padding: 48px 4%;
    }

    The % amount dictates the spacing on the right and left of your content, so you can edit this as desired. Just keep in mind that you may need to target a specific page if you don’t want this to display on all the pages using this selector.

    If you haven’t used CSS before you’ll want to navigate to Plugins > Add New (in your WordPress admin panel) and install a plugin like Jetpack or ‘Simple Custom CSS’. Jetpack will add an ‘Edit CSS’ option under your ‘Appearance’ tab, and ‘Simple Custom CSS’ will add a ‘Custom CSS’ option. Once you’ve chosen a plugin, installed and activated it, you can paste the CSS I provided to achieve the result you’re looking for.

    Thanks!

    Rebecca
