Hi,

The features outline by the summary of this plugin is exactly what I have been looking for. I have installed the plugin both via a download and now by searching for it in the Add Plugin screen. After activation I do not see anywhere where I get to set it up or add to my groups. If I understand correctly it should have appeared under by Dashboard > Settings > BP Group Documents but I don’t see that and no other “BP Group Documents” link appears in my groups or my dashboard. I am using WP 5.2.2 and BuddyBoss platform (have been told by them 100 times plugins for Buddypress will work with buddyboss…. Can you please advise what I should look into?

I have a few more users specifically from Nigeria and South Africa that will try to login again tomorrow (during the night for me in EST). If there are specific areas for me to examine, please let me know and I will do my best to gather screen caps if they occur.

There are also no logs (that I can see) of the issue.

No. That is the bizarre part. The page basically refreshes somewhat by taking out the username and password and a new recaptcha. The remaining fields are populated with the previously filled data. Typically, I receive an email with each subscription (taking advantage of your manual approval feature) but in this case I do not receive any such message.
