I found that the root cause of my stripe issue comes from an extension called :

Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce

?

They just released a version 0.8 which cause the stripe to disapear.

After reverting it back to 0.7, stripe works fine again.

?

And the stripe version is back to 6.4.3.

?

I revert to 6.4.3 and this doesn’t work ??

I checked and I can’t find the field which needs to be translated to fix this. It looks like the plugin I use is not in the translation project list :o(
