I did the same and still don’t have a solution. The use of $curauth->user_description; seems to strip all formatting out of the field. I’m just trying to maintain paragraph breaks so the text is not all strung together. Any help out there from someone would be appreciated. WordPress? The site is self-hosted so their support said they can’t help.
