Was there ever an answer posted for this? We need exactly the same thing. As a work around, we created an email alias on our server that forwards mail to multiple recipients. However, where we are stuck is trying to figure out how to restrict file upload types. We only want mp3’s and jpg’s and nothing else. Also, it would be nice to add recaptcha to the form.
