Found the issue. User error!

I’m also having this problem, but *only* with new shortcodes since the 2.7.1 upgrade (so I believe…)

Was something changed in 2.7.1? All of my previous shortcodes work, but a new one does not – it just prints out the shortcode text.

As for Boolean Mode, I went with it because with all the trial and error, it seemed to return more consistently. No other reason, really.

Ok, found one part of the odd behaviour – the term ‘tv’ is too short for the MATCH. Must be four characters in length or longer.

However, other terms, such as ‘serious’ return nothing as well…

I took the permalink structure out, and that fixed the navigation links in most of the left-hand nav, and the Post title links for all but the most recent post.

Some links still go to pixel-artstudio.com/index.php.

Update: none of the links anywhere on the pages work. Links to categories, both underneath posts and in the navigation area don’t work, nor do Archive links. The only links that work are the Edit links and any backend stuff (login, site admin, etc.)
