Thank you Alex! I’m a new WooCommerce user so the error was all mine! Your plug in working just fine. And I’ve had help in building the site so I didn’t realize that an Completed order is actually something that has to happen manually. Makes sense. It’s working very nicely.. now to figure out how to automate order completion (yes I see the plugin. )

I’m reading this because I too am having the problem that it’s not working. I’ll go and look for email related plugins.. Do you know if Gravity Forms is an issue?

It doesn’t. I tried that. Though I’ll wait to be sure that the caches clear before being sure.

Many thanks. What Joy said was right. I forgot to check it outside of Customizer where it was behaving totally correctly. Sigh.. I’m not full time – just work on my site every few years…

Found this thread. Having the same issue. Can’t add an image. Not on 5.0 using the Gutenberg plugin. Haven’t had the issue before.

Yes indeedy that makes lots of sense. It is what I thought. Once I found a tutorial on regular expressions and started reading, I decided that I’d spend more time twisting my head around learning the codes than what I need to simply use your oh-so-very-nice plug in one by one. Using Excel to delete parts and Alfred’s (Mac) nice copy and paste memory and I’ll grunt through my 240 or so redirects. And THEN I’ll be smart in the future about changing names of posts and page and deleting pages.

Good to know that the plug in doesn’t modify .htaccess.

Ah ha! “regular expressions” or regex. I have some learning to do.
