but, by “Query Monitor” plugin, I see “27 PHP Errors” same as before that I said about it and exist in before comments.

I did two method or way.
1.In wordpress with plugins.
2.In sql of cpanel.
With first way, taxonomies not moved.
With second way, if I moved some tables, website not worked, because It need to connections that are in other tables.I must not changed ID codes in tables for true connections.

I did backup and import it in sql space, when I change my host service, several times but not solved my problem.

I use export without any problem, and use WordPress Importer and
WP All Import plugins.
but did not import my taxonomies!!

wp_options have serial numbers of posts and other data, then I can not do this.
Also wp_metadata have post-id and post-id are different in two databases.
then, when I import wp_options or wp_metadata not work website Definitely.
Only we can remove unused data Manually or with plugins.

That is right.
So much of data in wp_options aren’t used and checker plugin can not indicate them!!
I see some of them.
I think that, they are about 1000 records in wp_options.
when I remove transient and revision data, number of data will be about 1300. it mean about 1000 records are not used data. (when I Installed same domain for test, number of records was less than 300)
I think,there are some of not used data in wp_metadata.
I have about 1000 post and 1000 images. but number of records in metadata are 13000!!(I think one half are not used)
For this, I used following plugins to clean tables:
WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache
Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions
WP-Sweep
WP Bulk Delete
Advanced Database Cleaner
Transients Manager

My problem is still not solved,
because moving data with all posts taxonomies and connections isn’t easy and I couldn’t to do it.
With import export and with migration and duplicate plugins.

Yes, I install all plugin and theme that used in main domain.
Of course, it mean MLF plugin can not to work if data has problem.

I installed new wordpress in a domain and install MLF plugin Then change it to multisite then I export data from one blog of old domain and import data in same blog of new domain.
In all of steps, MLF in new domain worked without problem.
This test showed that, the some of data in old domain(main domain) have problem.
and it data not moved to new domain.
I must to remove or correct this bad data.

I use multisite for main domain.
I have other new domain not multisite and activated plugin and don’t have any problem.
I activated plugin in ever blog separately may be solved problem, I do it but not solved.

Yes, I still have ajaz error.
Number of images
in one of blog, more than 1000 images connect.
and in other two blogs, are less than 300 images.
But in all of blogs, MLF not work.

My number of images are more than 1000 and less than 100 per folder.
MLF doesn’t work always.
I did it before and not solved problem, I moved to upload folder(default wordpress)
