Hi there,
Thank you for the additional details, and I understand the situation more clearly now.
The conflict you’re experiencing between the Autoptimize plugin and the inline icons feature in Elementor appears to be causing a server error (Error 5xx) when Google tries to crawl your site. Since the issue is resolved when Autoptimize is disabled, it seems that there’s likely an incompatibility between how Autoptimize handles certain resources and Elementor’s inline icons feature.
Autoptimize is indeed widely used, so this is something important to address. I would recommend the following steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
- Try Excluding Inline Icons from Autoptimize: You can try excluding the specific scripts or resources related to Elementor’s inline icons from being optimized by Autoptimize. This can sometimes resolve conflicts between plugins without needing to fully disable Autoptimize.
- Check for Plugin Updates: Ensure both Elementor and Autoptimize are up-to-date, as compatibility issues are often resolved in newer versions.
- Contact Autoptimize Support: Since this issue seems directly related to how Autoptimize processes the inline icons, reaching out to their support team could help. They may be aware of the conflict and offer a more specific solution.
Let me know if you need any help with these steps, and we’ll be happy to assist further!
Best regards,
Hi @agenciafisher,
The free version of the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin on www.ads-software.com has changed its name to Secure Custom Fields (SCF), with new management. However, the original ACF authors still offer the original free ACF and ACF Pro versions. Here’s what you can do:
Option 1: Keep using SCF
You can continue using the SCF version from www.ads-software.com. It’s still fully compatible with Elementor, and you’ll receive automatic updates, so nothing changes in terms of functionality.Option 2: Switch to the ACF or ACF Pro from the original authors
If you prefer to use the original ACF or upgrade to ACF Pro, you’ll need to manually update the plugin by downloading it from the ACF website. Both versions are still compatible with Elementor, so you won’t have any issues with your site. Both options will work with Elementor, so it’s up to you! Let us know if you need any help.
Best regards,
Hi @wonderwooman,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots and the website URL.
Upon inspection, the image displaying the tooltip on hover contains the attribute
title="Home 18"
, which is causing the tooltip to appear. It seems that this widget or element is part of the Astra theme, not Elementor. To resolve this issue, I recommend reaching out to the Astra support team, as they’ll be able to provide the most accurate guidance on how to fix it.
Kind regards,
Hi @toros,
Thank you for your question!
Yes, the Theme Builder is a feature exclusive to Elementor Pro. In the free version, you won’t have access to the full Theme Builder functionality, which allows you to create and customize templates for headers, footers, archives, and more.
However, even in the free version, you can still create responsive designs and adjust the layout for tablet, phone, and desktop views using Elementor’s responsive controls. While you won’t have the same level of control as with the Theme Builder, you can still make device-specific adjustments to individual widgets and sections.
Let me know if you need any further clarification, I’d be happy to assist!

Hi Micael,
Thank you for using Elementor. I’m Rica from Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist team. I’d be glad to help you today.
I have taken a look at your issue, and unfortunately, this is a current bug we’re experiencing with the Image Carousel as the captions are not displaying for non-logged in users.
This has been reported to our developers, and they’re working on implementing a fix in one of the future updates. Although we cannot provide a definite ETA, you can keep an eye on our changelog to know when this is fixed: Changelog of Elementor.
Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com and ask the support for the available workaround.

Hi Kristin,
If the website has the Elementor Beta Developer Edition plugin, it will install the dev version of the Elementor.
For more details about Elementor Beta: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-developer-edition/
It is not recommended to use Elementor Beta in a live site. If you would like to use the regular version of plugin, you can deactivate the Developer Edition. Here’s how: https://elementor.com/help/revert-to-release-from-developer-edition/
And since the website is hosted by Elementor, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

Hi @schwipps,
To deactivate the AI functionality, go to Elementor> Settings> Features. From there, uncheck the “Build with AI” feature and save the changes.
And you can also turn off the AI notifications by following the steps in this article: https://elementor.com/help/turn-off-ai-notifications/
I hope that helps.
Kind regards,
Hi @sabbir37,
Thank you for reaching out.
It looks like the screenshot you shared has expired, and we’re unable to view it on our end. However, based on the error you’re experiencing, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps:
- Try connecting to a different internet network to rule out any potential connectivity issues.
- Use a different computer or browser to edit your website, as sometimes local browser problems can cause errors.
- If the issue persists, it could be server-related. I suggest reaching out to your hosting provider to check server error logs and troubleshoot any hosting-related problems. You might also want to ask them to ensure there are no firewall or security settings (like ModSec) blocking Elementor’s functionality.
Please feel free to send a new screenshot or share the specific error message, and we can assist further.
Looking forward to your update!
Kind regards,
