Hi @michaelyamada,
Thank you for sharing the screen recording.
It appears to be an FOUC (Flash of Unstyled Content) issue. As a workaround, you can add an Entrance Animation to the container with the pink background.
For more detailed information, you can also refer to this article:

Hi @roxzan,
Currently, Elementor does not have this feature.
If you like, you can submit a Feature Request on Github, which is where we take feature requests.
You can submit them at https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/new/choose which gives you the opportunity to follow the discussion about ideas you submit, and track development progress of any that get implemented.
You can learn more about how to submit requests at https://github.com/elementor/elementor/blob/master/.github/CONTRIBUTING.md

Hi @shubuu2002,
I am not sure I understood your issue correctly. Could you elaborate on the issue with some screenshots or even a screencast? https://www.loom.com/
I’d also suggest to try out safe mode.Go to Elementor > tools , choose “enable” to the Safe Mode setting, and click save changes.
“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.
Read about the feature here: https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/
If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.
Hope it helps.
Hi @banana828,
Thank you for the update and letting me know about the resolution. I’m glad to hear that updating the theme and Elementor Addon Components helped resolve the issue you were experiencing. It’s not uncommon for conflicts or issues to arise after updates, so it’s great that you were able to identify and resolve it promptly.
If you have any further questions or need assistance in the future, please feel free to reach out. Have a great day!
Best regards,
Hi @isshmen,
The error 403 typically indicates a permissions issue with the server. It’s advisable to contact your hosting provider and inform them about the 403 error you are encountering. They can investigate the server logs and permissions settings to determine the root cause and provide a solution.
I hope this information is helpful to you.
Best regards,

Hi @vallesierra7,
Have you tried regenerating CSS data and files using the Elementor Tool? If not, go to Elementor > Tools and click “Regenerate CSS Data”.
If the issue persists, it might be a conflict with the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin. I recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team and informing them of the issue so they can ensure compatibility with the latest version of Elementor.
Kind regards,

Hi @bpsubp,
You can try adjust the scroll speed using custom CSS. Unfortunately, providing custom code assistance falls outside our support scope.
I suggest you join the Elementor Facebook Community? where you can find a supportive and helpful community of experienced users who will be happy to provide valuable tips and tricks.
In addition, you can find assistance with coding on our developer’s forum on GitHub – https://github.com/elementor/elementor.
Kind regards,Hi @bieke81,
I understand you are using ‘Elementor Header & Footer Builder’ plugin for the header, which is a third-party plugin.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins.
Please try contacting the author of your plugin, for extra guidance.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,Hi @webmestrefea,
Thank you for providing the screenshot.
After conducting research, I have gathered the following information:
It has been determined that this issue is not caused by Elementor.
Here’s what we have found:
This is a false positive and does not have any negative effect on functionality, performance, or SEO scores. You can safely ignore it. This widget uses tags to trigger the toggle of each accordion, and due to backward compatibility, we have no plans to change this behavior. Here’s what you can do to address your concern:
If you require a semantically correct accordion, please enable the Nested Elements feature in your WordPress Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Features page, and use the new (nested) Accordion widget. This widget will not trigger any warnings from the W3 validator. For reference: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/25207
I hope this information helps. Let me know if you need further assistance.
