Hi @supern0va,
To vertically center an icon inside a button in Elementor with OceanWP theme, you can use custom CSS.
You can find assistance with coding on our developer’s forum on GitHub – https://github.com/elementor/elementor
This article might be able to help you – https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/16077
I hope that helps.
Kind regards,
Hi @cedromatic,
Could you elaborate on the issue with some screenshots or even a screencast and the affected page URL? You can use tool such as loom.com.
I’d also suggest to try out safe mode. Go to Elementor > tools , choose “enable” to the Safe Mode setting, and click save changes.
“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.
Read about the feature here: https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/
If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.
Hope it helps.
Kind regards,

I’ve attempted to access the URL you provided, but it appears that the website is currently inaccessible.
I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to notify them of the issue. They should be able to assist in resolving any server-related issues and restoring the website.
Once the website is back online, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to investigate further if needed.

Hi @haider321,
Unfortunately, in the free version of Elementor, you can’t directly assign your custom Elementor template to single post pages.
Since you’re using the ‘Kadence’ theme, which is a third-party theme, I recommend reaching out to the theme author for assistance. They’ll be the best resource to guide you on how to add the custom template to the single post page of your website.

Hi @subhajitwisdm,
It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins,
Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:
- Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor then try to import again. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
- Switch your WordPress theme to WordPress default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty Four temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
- If that doesn’t work, make sure that your website meets the system requirement for Elementor – https://elementor.com/help/requirements/
- This could be server-related so you can reach out to your hosting provider. Ask them to check the error logs to determine the cause of the error and make sure that there are no security settings or firewall configuration such as ModSec.
I hope this information helped you.

Hi @dandomix,
This is the default behaviour. An effective solution is to avoid using links in the parent menu items altogether.
For additional guidance, you can refer to this resource: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-titles-in-wordpress-menu-without-linking-to-a-page/
I hope that works for you.

Hi @gitesforsale,
Upon inspecting the page URL you provided, it seems that the grey area is coming from the section with class .top-banner-wrap in header of the active theme (Houzez), which is a third-party theme.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins.
Please try contacting the author of your theme, for extra guidance.Kind regards,

Hi @sarbear947,
I’ve checked the page URL you provided however I cannot replicate the issue in mobile devices. Could you elaborate on the issue with some screenshots or even a screencast? You can use tool such as https://www.loom.com/ to record your screen.
If not, you can also temporarily deactivate the Elementor Features. Go to Elementor> Settings> Features and click “Deactivate All” button to see if that will alleviate the issue.
