I have already installed optipng application only for your account:

Please ask the plugin creator to check it and if he encounter any problem let us know which command he ran so we can test it on our end and further assist you. Thank you.

i dont have issue usually to pay for a service, for example the smiley add on, BUT your smiley addon work only for the comment, while i need to add smile also on bbpress and wordpress article.
A thing wp-monalisa do, simple and good.

I will unistall your plugin and try something else.
