In reply to: [Participants Database] Using Wildcards to Match Value in Search@xnau Hey xnau,
in that case, can i remove the wildcard characters from the field value, and have the search look for any record that matches with the two characters?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Participants Database] Using Wildcards to Match Value in SearchJust to give a further explanation, this is where i’m adding the record’s wildcard https://imgur.com/a/TyV6zih
We have 10 of these records, and each one ends in a different Lot Number.
Right now, when I search, it only displays the correct record if I don’t include any other characters other than the last two.

In reply to: [Participants Database] Using Wildcards to Match Value in Search@xnau hey xnau,
we have 10 records, and each record has a value that ends in a different 2 character combination (for example, xx, yy, zz, etc…). This value is what the users will be searching each record by.I originally had the records in the participant database set as *xx, *yy, *zz, but when i try to retrieve a record via the search by searching ‘1234xx’ or ‘1234yy’, it does not retrieve the record that matches the value with the last two characters. I just updated one of the values in the record to ????xx, but that also does not retrieve the xx record when searching for ‘1234xx’.
In your response you said to update it to 1234??, but the ‘1234’ is not the identifier, the last two characters would be the main identifier for any specific record.
Please let me know how it would be best to set this up, thank you
@slash1andy Thank you, we’ll look into this

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR issues + Duplicate Charges Created@fernashes Hey Hannah, this happened intermittently for a few days in a row from the 19th to the 21st of March
@jvmedia Hey JV,
We manually handle inventory through WooCommerce and we don’t have any time intervals set. Those options have not changed since we started receiving the bug this month.I am not sure why Square is not capturing charges for random subscriptions (most of the subscriptions work fine). I tried to manually capture the charge via the Orders toggle (Woocommerce > Orders > Bulk Actions) but it did not capture.
Once again we do not have Manual Renewals turned on, and there is no reason for the subscription payments NOT going through in regard to a failed credit card transaction or something along those lines. It simply states in order notes: Manual renewal order awaiting customer payment.
One other thing I noticed is that in a successful subscription payment, it will list Credit Card (Square) as the payment method, whereas the On Hold payments display N/A as the payment method. However, when viewing the profiles of the subscribers, I can see that they do in fact have a saved card on file.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] HELP!! Product titles changing!?Hi @stepfaul @isabella92 @amandasjackson Please let me know if you find anything.
I’ve disabled our non-essential plugins (extra gateways, etc) but cannot disable essential parts of the checkout experience (especially on black friday). We get this ‘Checkout’ title change issue every couple of hours and this started this morning – don’t believe we’ve updated any plugins except WooCommerce this morning…Probably one of the worst days to have this happen, but if anyone is able to narrow it down please let us know!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] HELP!! Product titles changing!?This is happening to us as well. Except our titles are just changing to ‘Checkout’ and it also removes the Product Short Description. What is going on?
