I want to place different pictures in sections. How can I do this?

My Contact section is Contact Formulier which I changed but it still does not work.

I followed this instruction on my newly created site but have now lost the arrow. Help please?

I had sort of guessed that but wanted confirmation. I’m trying to use the One Page theme. If I understand correctly:
I can switch off the blog bit and just have a static front page, with links for Skype and email. Is that correct?
I assume I can also disable the sample blog page so that I just have a Home page. How do I do that?
Once disabled it will be silly to have HOME displayed. How do I remove that?
And finally how and where do I edit the Home page?
