I discovered it was a clash with another plugin in this instance.

I was using Project Supremacy 3 which caused the error.

I removed the plugin and it worked.

Might be the same for you. I would say turn them all off and start activating one by one to see if that’s the cause.

I discovered the problem was in the code on my theme style file.

I removed the space that was in there and it worked great.

Check your files via FTP or SFTP and use https://www.sublimetext.com to edit and save.

Apologies for the lack of info, please see below.

The theme used is the Uno Child theme from WooThemes. This has been customised to suit the clients brand in terms of CSS.

A FORM widget has been added to the Footer 1 widget – uses a Gravity Form. This can be seen on the link below at the bottom of the landing page. Please advise if more info is required.

The website is https://www.thebbelt.com

This doesn’t have a plugin attached. We outsourced the task and they wrote or obtained that code.

Not using the add on either. Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll take a look and see if I can get that to work.

At this stage, employees have been instructed to open IE when using the portal site as required.

I’d like to be able to automate as much as possible, unfortunately this would have to be arranged via their IT service provider and it’s all just too hard for them.
