    For anybody who are having these issues, i found a rather easy solution. I am not exactly sure of the cause but the way to resolve the “constant logins” is to simply uninstall the plugin. I have w3 cache so i also cleared the page cache afterwards. I’d recommend clearing your cache through your browser if you don’t have w3 cache plugin. After reinstalling i noticed the constant login requests had stopped.

    As for the inability to activate and save the settings. I manually went in and removed any css/html code i had in the boxes below the settings. I also deleted all the above settings as well. After you cleared everything, the settings and the css(and etc) codes below it, make sure the dropdown menus are back to “none”. Untick the activate and gavatar checkbox, and hit save. It should save at this point as mines did..Now go back and create your login, tick activate and save and all should be chillin’

    Prerak Trivedi, can you elaborate on that a little clearer. Thanks for stepping up and helping others where you can, is the author no longer maintaining these plugins?

    I tried adding the letter “a” behind show_field_in_headercj(line 63):

    function show_field_in_headercj( $fbplus_field_meta )

    to:

    function show_field_in_headercja( $fbplus_field_meta )

    But that was a no go. Honestly i’m not really sure what i’m doing but i figured renaming a function isn’t too hard, Im just doing it wrong.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
