Thank you for your reply. I apologise for my slow response have been without internet for a few days. I have just re-tested the problem. When I go to my site, at the allotted time for the popup it does not popup as a form but as a purple narrow banner with no words on it and which is not clickable. When I go to forms in MailPoet and click the Edit button I get a blank white page with no controls attached.

I have a static form set up that works OK.

I believe this started just after Christmas. I can’t say when it last worked though, since I haven’t tested it recently. Sorry to be so vague.

Sorry. I thought I had replied. When I tried Force Sync a while back it didn’t seem to work.

I have just discovered that the Reply To email is actually set up as No Reply… so how do I send a video to you please?

After a few days, they sent me an email to which I replied, attaching the video. No response has been received yet to the video.

OK… thank you for your response a while back. Now I’m ready to set up a second site… do I need a second API key? If I do, how do I go about setting that up please?
