In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Can't scroll through monthsStrange, usually issues like this are the result of a plugin or theme conflict. For those of you who have followed these steps https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/782129-do-i-have-a-theme-or-plugin-conflict- and this does not indicate it is a theme or plugin conflict, then please submit a ticket at [email protected]
In your ticket, please reference the fact that you have already tested for a plugin/theme conflict.
This will likely have to be escalated to our Technical Support Specialist.
Just to be clear, are you saying that you fixed this issue and that your calendar is now working as normal without the error message?
If you still have the error message and the support article did not resolve this, please submit a ticket at [email protected] Ideally, please include your WP admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Can't scroll through months@IquanAhmed – the link your provided does not have the calendar?
@zanimul – please can you confirm you have tried the above steps of diagnosing a theme/plugin conflict? As well as the permalink troubleshooting?

Hi Jon and wpmubp.org, thank you for posting the solution of downgrading to 1.8.3-premium. That is of course and option.
Down the line, great new features will continue to be added to the calendar, so we hope at some point you are able to update and our Support Team is on standby to assist you with the transition: [email protected] There is currently a high volume of tickets, so we apologise for any delay.

Hi escius,
When you import a feed, you can assign all events from that feed a category. Unfortunately, any changes to the categories for individual events will be overwritten during the feed update.
However, it sounds like you are saying that ALL categories are being removed during the automatic update?
If this is the case, please submit a ticket at [email protected] and include your WP admin access so that we can investigate further.
Regards.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Events, contact info display issueHi GproTour66,
I cannot replicate this issue. Please ensure that:
1. you are using the latest version of the calendar (available from time.ly)
2. A plugin or theme conflict is not causing this: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/782129-do-i-have-a-theme-or-plugin-conflict-Thank you.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Can't scroll through monthsThis may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please try following these steps to be sure:
https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/782129-do-i-have-a-theme-or-plugin-conflict-
That failing, it may be an issue with your permalinks. Please ensure you have the latest version of the calendar. This support article may also be useful, in particular at the bottom which describes how to configure your permalinks: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/899233-streamline-filtering-url-parameters

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] add default contentHi Alex,
Thanks for your kind words. It should be possible to do this by adding a filter:
Add_filter( ‘default_content’, ‘my_editor_content’, 10, 2 );
function my_editor_content( $content, $post ) {
if( $post->post_type == ‘AI1EC_POST_TYPE’ ) {
$content = ‘your content’;
}return $content;
}Hi support101,
Sorry, please can you clarify that you removed that line? If you could not find it, then try looking at the ‘page source’ in order to find the line. It will be somewhere in the wordpress theme.
Thanks
This thread is over 11 months old, so I am marketing it as resolved.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] New Update Display Problems –Hi sporealy,
I looked at your link https://161andriver.com and the widget seems to be functioning as per normal.
However, your calendar (https://161andriver.com/schedule/) does seem to have an issue whereby the dropdown view button is not working. I believe this may be a theme conflict, but in order to be sure, can you rule this out by following these steps:
