In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Noticing a PHP Error in log.@support101: Per my note in the other thread, this is a separate issue to the thread topic, so in future please create a separate thread or submit at ticket at [email protected]
However, as mentioned, I believe this is a conflict with your WP theme and can be resolved by removing this line from the theme header file – example – <base href=”https://www.myblog.com/”>

@support101: What is your exact issue? It looks like your drop down view button is not working. In which case, this is unrelated to the main issue in this thread, so please submit a separate ticket at [email protected]

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Noticing a PHP Error in log.Hi Gary,
This would probably require our Technical Support Specialist, however in light of the fact that there are no functional issues, we have to give preference to the tickets which involve functional issues for users, especially at present when we are helping many users transition to the latest release.
However, once the number of tickets dies down, we would be happy to explore this. In the interim, if you notice any functional issues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at [email protected]
Thank you.
Hi interesting100,
Per my response in the other thread “message: Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here”, I cannot replicate this on my end, so you have either already resolved the issue, or it is likely a browser-related issue on your end.
For additional trouble shooting, please feel free to submit a ticket at [email protected]
Thank you.
Hi interesting100,
Sorry for the late reply. I looked at your site and the event links in the agenda widget seem to work fine for me. If the issue is still affecting you, then perhaps it is related to the browser you are using.
If you need further assistance, for a quicker response please submit a ticket at [email protected]
Thank you.
Hi galluzzino,
Yes, this sounds like a timezone issue. Please see this support article:
https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/525591-what-time-zone-does-my-calendar-use-If reviewing your timezone settings in your WP does not fix this, please submit a ticket at [email protected] and ideally please include your WP admin access so we can take a closer look. Please also tell us which events are on the wrong day, and which feed you are referring to.
Thank you.
Hi Cerky,
Yes, you are correct: This is not possible using a localhost. If you have any issues doing this from a server, please let us know. For quicker response times, submit a ticket to [email protected]
Thank you

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] installation on localhost?Hi Chris,
Glad you resolved this. Please note that this issue should not occur in the 1.9 version, so be sure also to update to the latest version from time.ly
Thank you
@anxhu – thank you for posting this workaround.
Changing the calendar entry bar would require customization. At present, due to the high number of support tickets, we are unable to take on customization tasks. However, we would be happy to look into this once the number of tickets dies down, which we anticipate to be in a few weeks, once users have finished switching over to the latest release (available from time.ly)
So if this is of interest, please submit a paid customization request to [email protected]
Thank you

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Print of agenda view does not show timeHi photosite.de,
My apologies for taking so long to get back to you.
Just to be clear, do the event times show up on the regular print view? I want to be sure that this issue is just affecting you with xps files.
Please note, for faster response times, please submit a ticket at [email protected]
Thank you

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] views jumbledHi Rodorm,
I have not heard of this issue before, but it could be a couple different things:
1. On the calendar settings page (on the WP dashboard), make sure that your automatic calendar start date is set to the date you want;
2. It may be a plugin or theme conflict, so please rule this out by following these steps: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/782129-do-i-have-a-theme-or-plugin-conflict-
3. It may be something to do with your permalinks, but in order to be sure, please submit a ticket to [email protected] and provide a link to your site so we can explore this further. Ideally, please also submit your WP admin access.
Thank you

We have previously had a similar issue with wppolitico. Please can you let me know if this happens when you are using the Twenty Eleven Theme?
You could also try updating to the latest version of the calendar availabl from time.ly
