    Vandaag is de update live gegaan. Het gaat om versie 2.4.13 van de MyParcel plugin. Mochten er vragen zijn dan hoor ik dat graag van je.

    Gisteren heb ik een update gemaakt die dit probleem zal gaan verhelpen. Mijn collega’s van IT-support zullen deze versie eerst testen. ALs ik dan een goedkeuring heb gekregen, zal ik hem uitbrengen.

    Het is inderdaad niet de bedoeling dat de plugin zo reageert, zou je daarom contact op willen opnemen met IT support van MyParcel. Dat kan je doen door een mail te sturen naar [email protected]

    Mijn collega zal dan met jou meekijken om te onderzoeken wat het probleem precies is.

    Hi @ darkallman,

    Thank you for sending your message. If I understand you correctly, you export the orders from WooCommerce and Print the labels on the MyParcel website.

    When I do that you see inside the order the barcode (https://take.ms/WRJLk).
    And on the order overview it is possible that you will see a return button (https://take.ms/cyjV6).

    When you see the barcode or the retour button, all information is known and the Track & Trace will be visible on the mail.

    Thank you for reporting this problem.
    This problem has been reported to me earlier and this will be solved in the next version of the MyParcel plugin.

    Because there are currently more changes to all MyParcel plugins, this update will take longer. The biggest adjustment in the new version will be a completely new checkout. The format of the plug-in will also decrease, this is one of the reason that the plugin respond faster.

    The beta of this version will come within one month.

    The biggest change is that there is chosen for a different design. One of the problems was that the iframe caused many problems. So this was the number one reason that we need a new checkout. With the new checkout the iframe is not longer used.

    An Other point was that programming techniques were written with CoffeeScript. Now we are using only html/jquery, and that is making it easier to add new features.

    I am currently building it in Magento 1 and I will continue with WooCommerce. After this everything must be tested. It can take a month before there is a stable version. The release is depends of the bugs they come from the test results.

    Sorry for my late response, because in the past 2 weeks I was very busy making a new checkout for all MyParcel plugins. This will also change some points in the WooCommerce plugin.

    If I understand your explanation, you use a custom email / status and want to add the MyParcel track & trace inside the mail.

    In your code I see that you use ‘sent-onvoice-1’ and ‘sent-onvoice-2’. Maybe you need to use ‘sent-invoice-1’ and ‘sent-invoice-2’?

    Unfortunately there is no short code to retrieve the track & trace data. I think this is a good addition and will discuss this with my supervisor.

    Perhaps it is more convenient to have mail contact with each other. Would you like to send an email to [email protected]

    Dank je wel voor het melden van de optie die jij er graag in wilt hebben. Momenteel is dit inderdaad niet mogelijk echter zijn wij binnen MyParcel bezig met het maken van een nieuwe checkout. Hierdoor zullen er aantal aanpassingen in de WooCommerce plugin gaan plaatsvinden.

    Ik heb jou verzoek daarom ook opgeschreven en zal dit gaan verwerken samen met de nieuwe checkout.

    Het probleem omtrent het niet goed uitlijnen en geen titel bij de invoervelden, kan inderdaad voorkomen bij gebruik van een aantal thema’s op de checkout pagina.

    De reden dat er velden worden vervangen is omdat de MyParcel checkout (de verzendopties) reageert wanneer er een combinatie van postcode en huisnummer is. Deze techniek is makkelijker te gebruiken als de consument de gegevens al opgesplitst (in meerdere invoer velden) invoert. Het andere veld waar momenteel geen titel bij staat is een toevoegings veld.

    Hi,

    It is possible to hide the iframe, what you have to do is turn off the MyParcel delivery options at the checkout settings.

    For now it is not possible to change the language. But we are working on a new checkout and than it is possible.

    In the MyParcel road map is this planned as the next point. Because the new checkout must be extensively tested, it is difficult to say when it is finished.
