Thanks, yes, I’ve tried ‘1.7’ and “1.7” too, they are the same, don’t work in IF condition.
[if field=title contains=1.7] workis fine luckily.

I’ve tried using [if], read the docs, but I’m not a coder. I’ve spent some time with it, with no luck. Please give me an example how to implement with [if] the above mentioned task.

Hi, It works fine on a test post, so I confirm %post_excerpt% is ok, thanks for your help.

Where it hasn’t worked my excerpt was quite long, but much shorter than the content. The text is cutted at 1500 chars when we push the content, and is is ok. So it is still open why I’ve got that error message at the excerpt.

Thanks. This is the error:
Failed to create/update post: Request contains an invalid argument. [‘.(int)3.’]Must be at most 1500 characters Field: summary Value: ‘my post’s content..’

The only chnge I do is to replace the ‘Post text’ under ‘Auto-post settings’

%post_title%
“some text and a link, custom content”
%post_content%

to:

%post_title%
“some text and a link, custom content”
%post_excerpt%

Then the red line comes.

then create/mod a post (Publish with GMB checked) there comes a red bar at the bottom of the editor page. https://rigotech.hu/red-bar.png

If %post_excerpt% removed/replaced to %post_content% all works fine.

Can I find the log somewhere? THanks
