In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Constant Contact Integration Stopped@ziegel There is no firewall, but thanks for trying. I do appreciate when someone goes out of their way to help me or anyone else. However, if your first questions is what is “onstant Contact integration?” don’t you think you’re not qualified to help? Why would you even open this thread if you didn’t know about the topic?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Constant Contact Integration Stopped@ziegel What are you talking about? This is the Contact Form 7 forum. The issue is with Contact Form 7’s native function. You’re clearly not familiar with the plugin or its functions, please stop spamming this thread.

I’m not sure if your an administrator here, a representative of CF7 or just a forum user. Since this integration is a native function of CF7, I expect it to work without additional tools or software. Also, since the integration is a function of CF7, you can be sure Constant Contact won’t provide support for it.If no one who represents CF7 cares to respond to this forum, I’ll seek help elsewhere or switch over to a supported plugin.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Constant Contact Integration Stopped@ziegel this is a native function of Contact Form 7. There are 3 integrations built into CF7. One is Sendinblue, another is reCAPTHCA and the third is Constant Contact.
Here is a screenshot of CF7 admin panel, where you can find Constant Contact integration:

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact Form 7 – Constant Contact API keeps breakingHello,
I’m having a very similar issue. The integration was working fine, and it appears to have suddenly stopped. I tore down the settings and re-placed them with a new key. I can see the success message and the correct contact lists there. However, signups are not added into Constant Contact. I tried using only the default list and I tried specifying a list in the additional settings tab. No luck. I also tried disabling all other plugins and switching to the default theme, but that didn’t work. Since this is a production site, I don’t like doing that, but we did it anyway. Please take a look at our form and let me know if there’s anything else I can try:

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Its okay, but just not good enoughHi,
Unfortunately, that’s not good enough. It used to be able to output to the transaction title, now our bookeeper has to go into each transaction to see if it came from this form or if it was from something else.Regardless if there is a way to do that again or not, I was expecting a response to my ticket about this for some time – all I got was that it was a priority for you and that you had no ETA. Plus, the redirect stopped again.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Newest update api call returns 0Fantastic – looking good!
We noticed its very different now, rather than the form being replaced by a credit card form upon submit, the user is instead taken to a page hosted by Stripe, which has the credit card form. This is fine, but the user might not realize that is about to happen and just leave instead. On some connections it may be instantaneous, for others it takes a few seconds. To ccount for this we just the default CF7 success message to ask users to wait for the redirect.
Thanks again and regards.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Newest update api call returns 0We use Cloudflare, but I’ve purged the cache regularly as part of troubleshooting – I just purged again. Let me know if you need file or admin access.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Newest update api call returns 0Hi again,
I installed an older version of the plugin, which gave slightly better results (the Stripe Credit Card form appears after submit), but the placeholders and labels didn’t show correctly and the page scrolled past the form and more importantly, payments would not go through – even in test mode it gives “payment failed”.So, we put it back to the latest version and moved it: https://www.roadogsandrescue.org/cf7-stripe/
For now, we are offering our service for free, so I hope we can get this resolved pretty quickly. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to get this going, or if you’re looking into it.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Newest update api call returns 0Thanks for your quick reply! I don’t get the Stripe credit card form, even before the redirect. I tried adding the full path URL and testing incognito, it still just shows the default CF7 message when I click submit, isn’t is supposed to show the fields where I can enter the credit card number?
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Newest update api call returns 0I get the same error after the recent update. Everything was working well until then. Now, the stripe form doesn’t open and if I check the console I see
“Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user’s experience. ” as soon as ‘submit’ is clicked – it should pop up the stripe form. I also see the error: “GET https://www.roadogsandrescue.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=cf7pp_get_form_stripe 400” Visiting that resource shows “0”.I don’t really follow those errors, or what hooks are valid, just that before last weeks update the form worked and the console showed no errors. After the update, the form doesn’t work and those errors are there.
Any suggestions?

In reply to: [Constant Contact Forms] “Experienced issues that may need…” error messageThanks for following up. It is resolved. Mostly I ignored it since the client didn’t seem to be having any integration issues. The most recent update (v1.7) seems to have caused the error message to go away.
Thanks again.
