After 3 hours its finally finished downloading reviews.

No, its still the same, i’ve removed it and installed it again and it’s made no difference apart from it now says “Your reviews are downloading in the background. This can take up to a few hours depending on the load and platform
In the meantime, you can setup your widget with a few example reviews.”
You should probably change it from hours to weeks as thats how long they’ve been downloading now.

Since you “fixed” it Lidia my reviews have been downloading in the background for 2 days and still nothing.
This message has been there since i tried to download reviews.
“Your reviews are being downloaded in the background. This should not take more than a few minutes.”

Ive just tried it using the 2012 theme and the date picker works fine.

I′ve deactivated the maps and its still the same, i′ve tried it without the password protection and still no change, tried it on 2 pc′s and both the same.
I′m not sure why you are having to re enter the password for each page as it should give you 24 hour access once logged in, that works fine at my end.
This is so frustrating now!

It was just yesterday were it wasnt an option but today is different. Ive deactivated every plugin apart from the event manager and its still the same.

Unfortunately deactivating plugins is not an option at the moment

Thanks Angelo, thats how i had it but ive found the problem by checking through what you suggested. My subscriber profile didnt have “edit events” enabled.
