Hi,
Yes I’ve entered the from email.
I set up the app again to check I followed the Fluent SMTP instructions correctly and the app still isn’t sending email.I saw a message in Azure notifications that may help so will action that and get back if need be.

I have the same error, I’ve deleted the connection on both fluent and azure sides 3 times now but the issue still occurs.Do you need to register a credit/debit card with Azure like you do with Google cloud, would that cause the error?

Hi Hannah,
Thanks for your reply and reminding me to post my solution.Between December (when the order process was working) and now I installed WP SMTP Mail which didn’t work but I wasn’t worried about that and intended to fix it after the site was launched.
But I didn’t realise that Updraft Clone forbids sending emails and that was the issue with the order process, Woocommerce couldn’t send customer emails so the system timed out and gave a service unavailable error.

Thanks for your help, that’s why I was asking if you knew of a quick fix, there are too many variables that I don’t know the answers too.
I’ve got a developer to take a look at it hopefully he’ll be able to sort it.Thanks for your help.

This issue has happened with my clients customers also how many I don’t know because client was describing a different issue, when I sent him a video of my tester having this issue he told me the issue I’m describing here is happening.Thanks for your reply
The only definite information I have is the checkout works for one person on Iphone 7 then the same person tried on a new PC using Chrome and experienced the spinning circle issue.
I run an order through using Chrome on Macbook and the checkout is always successfulI didn’t get round to contacting WPBakery but after upgrading to WordPress 5.5 I installed the jquery migrate plugin and Wordfence isn’t throwing up any errors now.

I selected ‘Deactivate Post code restriction. For areas with unreliable post code matches’ in options and it seems to have solved my issue.

The test email from WP mail SMTP works fine there is no phishing warning.
If I keep marking the messages as safe will Gmail learn the messages are fine and stop reporting a warning?Thank you
