In reply to: [Facebook] Facebook Javascript Code@improjectcloud – I’m also using Digg Digg, and was curious if the JS sdk is being duplicated. Do you know if it is? Did you figure out the best way to get the Facebook plugin and Digg Digg to work correctly without anything being duplicated? (Here’s my site if you’d like to take a look.)
Thanks!

In reply to: [Digg Digg] [Plugin: Digg Digg] Pinterest Still not workingOn my site I have still have to have the featured image widget turned on in order to get it to pull an image. And even then it’s not working correctly. Shouldn’t it be able to give users a chance to select which image they would like to share? Also I’d like to be able to get rid of that featured image plug in, I’d like it to at least auto select the first image if no thumb now is available. Feel free to check out my site if you’d like to test it.
Thanks.
I believe this has to do with the way open graph is being implemented with the plug in. If you use Facebook Simple Connect, or Yoasts plug in to put the open graph into your theme, it allows people to choose all of the photos on that link, with this plug in it looks like it’s automatically picking the first image. Not sure why, or how to fix it.
Nope, it’s still not working.
Actually it looks like I got the pages working, but the css seems a little off. Any ideas?

In reply to: Need help with embedding a tweetHmmm..so the only way to do it without a plug in is the way I did here?
It seems like I’ve seen other sites not include the same tweet over and over when it was a conversation / reply like this post was.
Hmmm..I added the code, but it doesn’t look like it changed anything. The Gravatars are still pretty touching each other…

In reply to: [Facebook] [Plugin: Facebook] No description on fan pageI actually stopped auto publishing to a fan page from this plug in because I received way less impressions than if I added the link manually.

In reply to: [Facebook] [Plugin: Facebook] No description on fan pageMine is doing the same thing.
Thanks for the info, and I’m aware of all that you posted, and the link as well.
The reason for my question is this isn’t really a “3rd party app” per se, since this is the “Official” Facebook plug in. It also seems to have features that encourage you to publish to your page from within the plugin. It seems weird that they would encourage you to publish to your page from the plugin, then penalize you for not going to the page and posting directly.
That’s where my confusion lies.

In reply to: [Facebook] Facebook Connect?By the way, thanks for the links you provided, but I think to comment with Facebook you don’t need to register, but just log in, am I correct?
I think this is how Otto had it working on his plug in.
Is there another link that talks about just logging in?

In reply to: [Facebook] Facebook Connect? Thanks. Can you give me a starting point on how to get it to show up the way Otto’s plug in had it show up (right by the wordpress comment section?)
I’m not quite sure how to get it to do that.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Facebook] [Plugin: Facebook] Edit / change height of like box?I”m not sure what you mean, this plug in most certainly does create the like box. It’s one of the widgets.
Thanks for the reply. What about all the people using jetpack? Do they all have to disable jetpack (and all the sharers) if they use this plug in?
How can we tell if the code is being duplicated? If you look at my source code it doesn’t seem to be duplicated does it?
Hes sorry, Here’s the link.
