Thank you! I’ve narrowed it down to the NAV Menus acting buggy. When i set a Category into a Menu, this is when it DOES NOT save. (Error says: Cannot Save) All other functions Save with no problems.

After i get the error, i close the window (modal opens and says: Changes will not be saved if you navigate or close the window, before saving.) After i close the window, the change is made, even though it said, changes can’t be made. Seriously weird behavior here in menus. thanks

p.s. I cleared all cache (siteground; pro tier) AND refreshed Elementor > Tools

wait a second. Why didn’t support offer to look at my “commercial site”, too? I can’t even afford the lowest tier. i’ve already installed and using monsterinsights. im just here to read the new 1-Star ratings since they’re on FYA!!!

@gaurav984 i truly really do want to stick around and continue to use it, but what’s the point? my server provider offers all the rest, even stats, but, i liked JP display better.

Your support seemed to be doing just fine before. i still don’t see any justification. Especially us Legacy users, who didn’t have any of these new features before, that are now being force-fed, and with a price.

Stats is the most basic, highly used feature. The one thing MANY USERS are complaining about in your Support threads for WEEEEKS now, or did you miss those? But, yea, Carry on “valuing” users feedback

@forumfern you do realize that most of us are struggling to just keep things alive, right!? are you aware of the serious difficulties ppl are experiencing? and then you go and do this?
I was using Jetpack for yeeeaaarrrs!!! now, this is the nail in your coffin. peaceout
BTW, Google Ads on my website generates about $3 a month. barely 1/2 of your new cost

thanks for checking. I have cleared the cache and meme cache too. still no stats loading in my admin.

I also double checked the connection in Settings/my Jetpack. everything looks good except for receiving stats. thanks!
