Many thanks for diving into this issue! For sure, I will definitely reach out to the support of the theme provider. As other WooCommerce users were reporting exactly the same issue, I assumed it was WooCommerce related. For now, the custom code you provided is a great quick fix.

If I remember correctly, the product image section was not set up as a slider. I’m not using a plugin to improve the product gallery and Easy Image Collage is only used on some post pages. Just to be sure, I deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce once again, but the issue persists. You can find the system status report here.

I first noticed the issue on November 8. Yesterday, I updated WooCommerce and the database, but the issue persists.

I’m struggling with exactly the same issue… Recently, all thumbnails on product pages suddenly disappeared and took the size of the main image. The WordPress core, theme and all plugins are up to date. I also went through all the usual and relevant troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately without any results.
