I apologize I must have misunderstood what I read. The question still stands though; why would you use our plugin for 100+ links on your client’s website if it was unsatisfactory? We do our best to provide the best plugin we can and you always have a choice in what products to use on your client’s website. Since you were unhappy with our product, we refunded the money. You did not need to use the product if you were not satisfied with it. Unfortunately, the timeline of our updates is dependent on a number of factors and we cannot predict exactly when they will be ready. We find this to be a very standard industry practice. For example, Apple hasn’t given out a release date for iOS 10 yet, and they won’t until it has gone through a series of steps for it to be ready to release to the public. We also have a series of steps to go through before we are comfortable releasing updates to our customers, therefore we cannot give out an exact release date either.

I can see how this situation is very frustrating for you. We did our best to provide a workaround for you while waiting for the update. Unfortunately, even with those minor bugs fixed, our plugin still requires you to input each link, and since you found the plugin did not meet your requirements why would you spend 100+ hours using it? We have done our best to work with you and have provided many hours of support for you even though the cost of our premium plugin is only $19.99. We gave you permission to edit the plugin on your own site, but you chose to wait for the update instead. Unfortunately, the update is still not finished with alpha/beta testing. We try to update our plugins as often as possible and try to incorporate all of our customers feedback when updating. Again, we are sorry that the plugin did not meet your needs.

unfortunately there is no way to make them bigger then 320px at this time.
